Proline Plus Single-Channel Fixed Volume Mechanical Pipettors

Fixed-volume Proline® Plus pipettes are preset to a single volume. With nothing to adjust, they remove volume-setting errors, which makes them ideal for teaching labs and routine work where the same volume is dispensed again and again.

How to Choose

• Pick your exact volume: 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100, 200, 250, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 µL, 5 mL or 10 mL.
• Need different volumes?: the adjustable Proline Plus pipettes cover 0.3 µL to 10 mL in nine models.
• Tips: compatible Optifit tips for each volume are listed under Parts and Accessories.

Reading the Comparison Table

• Volume: the one volume the pipette delivers
• Accuracy: how close the average delivered volume is to the set volume; lower is better
• Precision: how closely repeated deliveries match each other; lower is better

Accuracy and precision are Sartorius's ISO 8655 limits, measured with Optifit non-sterile tips.

Tips, Filters and Documents

Each pipette's Safe-Cone filter and compatible Optifit tips are listed under Parts and Accessories; the filter size for each model is also on its product page. Safe-Cone filters keep liquid and aerosols out of the pipette: use them with non-filter tips, and replace them regularly and after any over-aspiration.
