Designed specifically for fluorimetry and nephelometry, in addition to ordinary spectrophotometry. No reference marks are required as the background absorbence measured at 90° on the 4 optical walls gives negligible differences (few digits of the third absorbence decimals at 340 nm). Absorbence value at 340 nm is about 0.110 A (about 79% transmission).
